Our firewood consists of a mix of hardwoods including but not limited to Oak, Birch and Maple. Firewood comes cut and split with a majority of pieces measuring 16”-18” in length. Our firewood is is hand loaded, not scooped, virtually eliminating dirt and scraps.
Kiln Dried Firewood
Kiln Dried firewood is cut and split wood which has been dried in a kiln. This process also insures the wood is insect free. Kiln wood must be stored in a dry covered area. Extremely easy to light.
NOTE: ONCE DELIVERED KILN DRIED FIREWOOD SHOULD BE STORED UNDER COVER IN A DRY AREA WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. Kiln-drying insures you insect free, cleaner burning firewood with less creosote buildup and it is available year round.
